Refund and Returns Policy

4.1 Returns (30-Day Policy)

We want you and your little ones to be happy. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. In the original packaging.
3. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain baby accessories (such as pacifiers or intimate wear) cannot be returned once the original seal is broken.

4.3 Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.4 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
